|  |  | The Village of Sterling Ridge is the newest residential area of The Woodlands, encompassing new homes in a wide range of styles and price ranges and a host of recreation and neighborhood conveniences for its residents:
New Homes – Homebuilding is underway in many neighborhoods in the western area of Sterling Ridge known as Terramont, including homes surrounding the Gary Player Signature golf course.
Parks – The larger parks in Sterling Ridge are also among the newest, including Cranebrook Park, Terramont Park, Carlton Woods Park and Artist Grove Park. Village facts
In 1999, The Woodlands was enjoying its 25th Anniversary, so this Village was named “Sterling Ridge” in honor of the occasion. Home to the Gary Player Golf Course, and bordering the Carlton Woods Country Club, this growing Village is home to just over 2600 Residents and 900 homes. | |  |
